Aaron Gonzalez is an associate attorney at the Burdge Law Office in Dayton, Ohio. He joined the firm in 2023 to follow his passion for consumer advocacy and trial work. His practice areas mainly consist of consumer protection cases, including lemon law and breach of warranty cases for cars, motorcycles, and ATVs, and auto sales fraud. Aaron is passionate about defending the rights of those who have been taken advantage of. He has had someone he cares about that was not treated correctly while making a large purchase, which ended up being worth way less than the price paid. Aaron hopes to show his peers and clients that he is someone who can be trusted to help.

Aaron is admitted to practice law in Ohio. He believes it is important to understand the stories of his clients and use their stories to help shape the arguments he makes in court. Aaron’s diverse prior legal experience gives him a well rounded perspective on how to handle a client’s case.

Aaron Gonzalez is a Kansas City, Missouri native who has decided to make his home in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Finance degree in 2017. M-I-Z to all his fellow Tigers! He worked in logistics for 2 years following graduation before attending the University of Dayton School of Law in 2020. While in law school, he was awarded two CALI Excellence Awards for his class work in Torts 1 and Real Property 1; and also served as a Staff Writer for the University of Dayton Law Review.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys reading, playing soccer, and watching any history media he can get his hands on. He was inspired to go to the University of Dayton School of Law by his mother, who is a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service. She was the one who first suggested to him that he apply to law school and he owes her everything. Just like his mother, Aaron strives to practice the same motto his mother and her fellow letter carriers follow: “neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night” will keep him from the swift completion of his work for his clients!
